Two researchers of the Vision Health Research Center won the top rank in the 12th Shams Ophthalmology and Vision Science Festival. The Shams Festival is held every year to identify the accomplishments and merits of the Iranian Community of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences and to honor scientists, teachers, leaders, and researchers in this field.
Dr. Hossein Aghamolaei, in the English book writing category, and Ms. Shiva Pirhadi, in the Nahal Daneshvari Section, won the top prizes in the twelfth Shams Festival.
In recent years, Dr. Khosrow Jadidi has won the top prize of the new surgical method from the jury of this festival.
